About the Church
Established in 1999, the Debremewi St. Marys Ethiopian Orthodox Church of Michgan has been serving the metro Detroit community and surrounding communities for over 20 years in a manner consistent with the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo church’s faith, values and tradition.
Our Belief
Statement of Faith
We believe in one God the Father almighty, maker of heaven, earth and all things visible and invisible. By Him all things were made, and without Him was not anything in heaven or earth made.
